All items are handmade and posted within 1-3 working days, Monday - Friday. If you need your order urgently, please get in touch and we will be happy to help! 

We use Royal Mail as our trusted delivery partner. All orders, except wax melts and matches, are dispatched with tracking numbers. 

Orders over £30 qualify for free standard postage!

 

During busy periods such as Christmas, Royal Mail may experince delays with delivery so please allow extra time. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Postage confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been posted containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

International Shipping Policy

We are pleased to offer worldwide shipping with various delivery partners. All orders, except wax melts and matches, will be shipped with a tracking number.
