We dispatch items as quickly as we can. Often on the same day if possible. But as everything is handmade, it can sometimes take us a few days to get everything perfect for you.

All of our packaging materials are either made from recycled materials or recyclable. We mostly use cardboard and paper and our candle containers can be recycled and reused.
